Follow-up Comment #1, bug #62690 (project groff):
groff ms's definition of `UC` is also inauthentic. Kernighan and Cherry's
`UC` didn't change the typeface, just the point size, and it also worked like
ca. 1990 ms font styling macros, accepting a third argument indicating a
prefix.
