Follow-up Comment #1:
I'm wavering about the advisability of this. Unlike _eqn_ and _pic_, the
_tbl_ language is pretty small. Unlike those two, we completely present it in
the _tbl_ man page. The others mostly cover GNU extensions. (_refer_(1) also
covers the whole preprocessor language.)
Also, as it stands, I'm pretty pleased with (I might dare say proud of), our
_tbl_ man page since I rewrote it top to bottom. It might be worth seeing
what feedback we get on it from the community.
