We have an occasional caveat in our documentation about bracket components in
the TeX fonts not being the sizes that the formatter expects.
This has consequences when we render those glyphs using the TeX fonts.
Figure out of there is a workaround for this. Should \x get involved?
Possible complications:
* The special characters that produce these glyphs appear in a _tbl_ table.
* The table appears in a _man_ page, where portability considerations militate
against extreme cleverness.
This problem also affects \[integral], \[sum], \[product], and \[coproduct].
Is this simply a problem with the font description files having the wrong
metrics? It may have been a long time since they were generated. (I thought
anything using Knuth's official names was frozen.)
