Hi Dave,

You are absolutely correct, I have a change in the pipeline to change this
message to a Notice. Originally I just had a Msg routine which had a parameter
which controlled whether a message was critical (abort) or not. Then Branden
added separate Notice/Warn/Die routines as a wrapper. Later, a further
refinement needed by Branden was that gropdf exit with a non-zero exit code if
any warnings had occurred during a run (to ensure make would abort during a
build).

The "speedup" message should have been demoted to a Notice at this point,
since it was initially a non-abort Msg. Thanks for catching this over sight.
