Update of bug #67380 (group groff):
Item Group: Documentation => None
Assigned to: gbranden => None
Discussion Lock: Any => Locked
Planned Release: None => 1.20.0
Summary: [troff] clarify `fl` and `ab` requests, and document
how groff's flushing differs from AT&T troff => 1

Follow-up Comment #16:
Discussion here also raises the question in my mind whether 'ab differs at all
from .ab (in groff, or historically). Since groff (perhaps exclusively
amongst its peers) flushes on a break, it seems .ab ought to flush while 'ab
doesn't.
