Thank you, Branden, for the quick response and refuting the issue.
I can confirm that after another review of my build process my local changes
to swap the order of the soelim and preconv preprocessors were incomplete and
plainly skipped running the refer preprocessor (facepalm).
Please accept my apology for the—hopefully not too disruptive—noise and
close this issue on my behalf.
