Follow-up Comment #14, bug #66342 (group groff): Self-correction: my revised proposal in comment #13 (influenced by Dave's) would imply _not_ making the `-e` option a no-op...merely redundant, assuming no prior conflicting options on the command line or in `GROPDF_OPTIONS` environment variable contents.
