People sometimes think `.ps 0` means the same thing as `\s0`.

It doesn't.

We could support instead `\s[]` and `\s''` as escape sequences to revert to
the previous type size.  Neither the bracketed nor the delimited forms of `\s`
exist in CSTR #54 (1992 revision).

We could also throw a deprecation warning on `\s0` _outside of compatibility
mode only_.
