Follow-up Comment #1:
commit a2f013488f2a9a613bdd5b5cdd8b3d54056a346c
Author: G. Branden Robinson <[email protected]>

[eqn]: `neqn` script locates `eqn` more reliably.
* src/preproc/eqn/neqn.sh: Use the documented run-time environment
variable `GROFF_COMMAND_PREFIX` to name the corresponding GNU eqn
executable, not the build-time `g` prefix. Resolves failure of
"neqn-finds-matching-eqn.sh" on Solaris 11. (The host to which I have
access has groff 1.23.0's troff as its "/usr/bin/troff"; presumably
it's running SRU66. So I simulated the situation by installing an
"echo 0" shell script in "$HOME/bin", adding that directory to the
$PATH, and running a build.)

for the report.
