feature request: serial port I/O

I have just tried the 0.5.92 and it works great, even with the
stage1.5 stuff. The stage2 simulator is wonderful, it makes life so
much easier. Please keep up the good work!

The request:

Are there any plans to make GRUB controllable from the serial port?
This would be an important feature for those of us managing hundreds
of systems connected to terminal servers. I believe LILO can do this
but I'd much rather use GRUB!
