OKUJI and I agreed to use datadir, but then the Debian folks insisted
on libdir. Initially I changed things so that Debian only was
installed in libdir, but now it'll probably be best for everybody's
default to be libdir, and make the documents consistent with that.
I'll wait for confirmation from OKUJI before doing anything, though.
