  Probably your BIOS is buggy. At the moment, there is no way but you
recompile GRUB yourself. Don't forget to specify
--disable-lba-support-bitmap to configure.

  Your explanation is too vague to imagine what happened. Please make
it more specific. It would be better if you tell me how to reproduce
the bug.
