Obtaining the latest release or how do I access the CVS store

Hello from Gregg C Levine usually with Jedi Knight Computers
I think I asked this question before, but here goes: How do I obtain the
latest version of Grub to work with, if it isn't on the Alpha server? Or for
that matter access the CVS storage site?
