Hi,
I am posting this for my friend. Here is his setup, he has Mandrake 7.1
on his HD on the motherboard and a Windows drive attached to the promise
card. When Linux runs it sees the Windows drive fine on /dev/hde1
(Linux is /dev/hda5). The problem is when grub runs and it tries to
load Win from /dev/hde1 it dies with a "FAT error." Any suggestions as
to how to fix this? I've looked all over the web and usenet and seen
people with the same problem but no solution.
