There's nothing I could find in the source or docs, and the list archive
only had some slighly-relevent things, but not quite what I'm looking for.
Q: Would it be easy to support chainloading a bootable CD, and is there a
way to do it now that I don't know about? I don't need to be able to read
the iso9660 fs (for now).
