netboot: ne2000 pci card hanging

Hi,

I tried to use the netboot facility, but with my ne2000 pci card, it wouldn't
start right out of the box, so I checked the etherboot homepage and found a
workaround (http://sourceforge.net/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=108309&group_id=4233).
Probably this workaround should be added to grub.
