  That's a bad tendency, I think. :(

  This has already been fixed. I recommend switching to 0.5.96 as soon
as it is released, as I have rewritten the Linux boot code after
0.5.95 and it is now compliant with the Linux/i386 boot protocol.

  It is an interesting thing that so many people like splash
images. Why don't you wait for seeing your favorite pictures until
