How to remove Grub ?

Hello

I have removed my linux partition (a mistake ?) and when the pc boot , grub 
is the only way and I can no more boot to my window partition automatically 
but only with 4 commands of grub (root, makeactive, chainloader, boot)

how to remove grub (and update the MBR so) without breaking my PC ?
