You did install grub in (hd0,2). To boot NT, you did make the
NT-Partition active, to (hd0,2) is not active, anymore. It it is not
active, GRUB will not start. :-O
Just install it on (hd0), and it will work.
root (hd0,2)
setup (hd0)
