V2_OS is supposed to run on anything with a 386-compatible processor in it.
GRUB will probably be used only on real PCs, but once the Multiboot header of
the kernel says to load at 1 MB, the kernel must be loaded at 1 MB by old
and embedded systems too, no matter what boot loader they use.
