Hello to everybody, I'm not an expert , I just started to use Linux since few months , so pls don't be "angry" with me for my poor question . The problem is that I love grub, but I was forced to substitute it because I'm not able to find the right way to do the following simple statement : append="hdd=ide-scsi" that with lilo I use to be able to use my ide cd writer.
