Nice site ... unfortunatly this did turn out to be a lack of RTFM. If I had been using GRUB for more than 4 days and had a complete manual when I asked, I would have been able to figure this one out. Thanks to everyone who has helped however, the speed of help was much appreciated. Also, GRUB works great ... it solved my problem perfectly. Hats off to anyone involved with this product.
Resetting root to the right partition and then running setup fixed everything ... just like it says in the manual! :) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Jason Thomas" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Susumu Takuwa" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Cc: "Chris Stransky" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, March 18, 2002 5:25 PM Subject: Re: [Bug-grub] Re: Repartitioning Problems with GRUB > On Sat, Mar 16, 2002 at 11:31:33AM +0900, Susumu Takuwa wrote: > > CS> so hopefully this doesn't fall into the RTFM category. > > > > What is RTFM? > > http://www.tuxedo.org/~esr/jargon/html/entry/RTFM.html _______________________________________________ Bug-grub mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-grub
