Message: Unmodified IBM Aptiva PC Win 98 installed. I add second physical disk (primary slave) and installed Red Hat 8.0 using Grub. Red Hat works perfectly but W98 hangs in normal mode and only runs in Safe mode. Causing problem as no access to modem ! I remove the second disk thinking I'd revert to W98 only (before beloved returns and sees her PC in bits). But the BIOS puts out an error "grub disk failure". Question.. what has grub written to my W98 disk (primary master) and how do I remove to get back to original config? Also suspect that the W98 does'nt like something from grub dual boot any ideas what?
