I would love to see this happen! I have been trying to load a DOS floppy image with a UNDI driver through memdisk and pxegrub but, the dos UNDI doesn't load right, I think something GRUB is doing is messing with the PXE stack. (yes, I know that was a little off topic ... just a tiny bit)
So, maybe a grub undi driver would help me out. Dont know if it helps but, you may want to look at pxelinux for some ideas.
