I have some problems with Grub.
I have a Intel PIII 500mhz with Red-Hat 9.0 And in other partition Windows 2000 Server.
In grub it appear Windows and Linux to start. The windows part then starts the Windows 2000 server to select if i Run Windows 2000 or Windows 98.
The linux Partition are "/", "/boot" and the swap partition In the Windows i have 1 NTFS and 2 with Fat32.
It was working all right..
Yesterday i connect other (new) Hard Disk to my PC.
I start my RedHat and it works great. But when i try to start Windows 2000 it say me:
"Cannot find NTLDR"
or somethink like this, and first it enunciate 2 lines (that are from Grub Configuration)
(hd0, 0) chainloader +1
(i dont have my pc here the message are what i remember)
Well, i can't fix this problem, and then i try to disconnect the new hard disk and back to the previus way, and keep working like before.
But when i disconnect and i try to star windows 2000 it does not start up, and the same problem persist.
I dont change anythink from the configuration, i don't know why is happening if i back to the previus configuration.
What can i do? to keep working in previus way and to Connect my new Hard disk.
The old one is connect to Master and the new to Slave. And in the other "channel" i have 2 Cd-Roms.
THanks in advanced, and sorry for my english.
