Hello, I saw that there already have been some patches & discusions on this mailinglist on the topic of GRUB and NTFS support.
I would like to inform you that CyberLink PowerCinema (for Linux) includes GRUB with NTFS support. The complete sources/patches (based upon GRUB 0.93) can be downloaded from their website at http://www.gocyberlink.com/english/companybg/pcmlinuxgpl.jsp I don't know who actually uses PowerCinema for Linux, but since they are currently using it commercially I can only assume that the GRUB/NTFS code seems fairly stable (for their usage). Anyway, I hope this also means the NTFS code can/will be available in a future GRUB release sometime. Best regards, Jeroen Janssen p.s. on a side note, is there any specific reason that the GNU GRUB website still contains the 0.95 GRUB manual (and not the more recent 0.97)? _______________________________________________ Bug-grub mailing list [email protected] http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-grub
