Dear Sir, 
  Did GRUB appear after you rebooted your computer, or did you run grub
 from within Linux?  If the first is true, it's likely that you are
missing a Default line in grub.conf.  Please attach your grub.conf if
this is the case, so I can look it over.  If you ran grub from within
Linux, simply type 'quit' or Ctrl-C as these fine people have suggested.
