hi, you were right. MacBook 5,1 uses EFI 64 bit .
I compiled the latest SVN inside a Debian amd64 system, using
./configure --with-pla./configure --with-platform=efi --target=tform=efi
--target=amd64
and it worked.
Also, the problem compiling SVN disappeared after I wiped out the whole tree
and 'svn co' again.
