I have booted off an initial boot floppy and continued the boot process off a
CD. I'd like to find a utility that will enable me to create an initial
bootable CD or floppy and let me continue to boot a Linux OS from a USB drive
(on a pc that doesn't support booting from USB).

 Does such a thing exist?
