Follow-up Comment #1, bug #27920 (project grub):
Meh... Typo correction: I meant ofcourse /etc/default/grub... So correct
sentence would be:
Solution is to add "GRUB_PRELOAD_MODULES=part_msdos" into /etc/default/grub
so grub will load that module at boot time, which in turn will make the
secondary msdos-type disc usable again.
