Details:

The attached .ISO image has been generated using grub-mkrescue. Sometimes,
when in /boot/grub/locale there is only one file (like the attached image)
this file is corrupted. "ls" shows the correct size, but checking it with cat
doesn't show all file.

CRC's:
car...@pinux:~/grub2/grub$ ./grub-fstest ~/grub2/grub/error_fs.iso crc
/boot/grub/locale/ca.mo

car...@pinux:~/grub2/grub$ ./grub-fstest ~/grub2/grub/error_fs.iso crc
/boot/grub/grub.cfg    
b6128cee

And from inside Grub in qemu:
crc /boot/grub/locale/ca.mo
72f15764
crc /boot/grub/grub.cfg
b6128cee

Adding another file in /boot/grub/locale makes both files (until tested)
correctly readable.

Looks like some ISO9660 file system problem, but I haven't properly checked.

This was spotted during some tests using gettext.
