Details:
Unlike themes, there is no entries in 00_header.in or grub-mkconfig.in to
enable background images (wallpapers) in grub.
The patch included make changes to those two files to add that configuration
support.
Like the patch for gfxthemes published in
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?29251, this one also searches for
image formats and add the needed dependencies too.
Credits of this patch are not mine, but forgot where I got it from :-(
Patch applies to 1.98 and trunk r2263
