The experimental branch works. But the following message is displayed - error: no suitable mode found. Booting however
No kernel boot messages are displayed (dmesg output). This did not occur with main grub2 bzr trunk. But not seeing boot messages is a minor issue for me as long as Archlinux boots successfully. Please correct this in main trunk also. Is it possible for you to create a launchpad mirror of the experimental branch and the grub-extras repo ( http://bzr.savannah.gnu.org/r/grub-extras/ ) similar to https://code.launchpad.net/~vcs-imports/grub/grub2-bzr (mainly for this reason http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/grub-devel/2010-03/msg00029.html ). "bzr pull" for experimental branch downloads about 10MB due to savannan loggerhead being disabled. Thank you. 2010/6/20 Vladimir 'φ-coder/phcoder' Serbinenko <phco...@gmail.com>: > On 06/18/2010 03:44 PM, KESHAV P.R. wrote: >> The problem seems to be related to the way grub2 allocates the memory >> for the kernel and initramfs.
