Hi,
I would like to see an os-prober for android-x86.
the default installations are like this:
A new ext3 partition containing a folder having the name of the installation.
In this folder are linux kernel, inird etc.
for an example of the default grub-legacy installation see attachment
menu.lst.
for an example how a manually created grub2 config may look like, see
attachment 40_android-4.2. (a little bit modified, for standard kernel
parameters see menu.lst)
maybe we might define a config file to place in the partition root containing
some information like:
- "this is an android installation"
- pattern to find installations
- relative path to kernel and images
- default kernel parameters
etc.
