Details:
Essentially, neither Grub2-efi nor Grub2 can be installed in the process of
installing either openSUSE Leap 42.3 or Tumbleweed. It cannot be installed
manually in a working Leap 42.3 or Tumbleweed environment, also.
During OS installing processes the OS installing program enters infinite
loop.
In a manually installing process on both systems Leap and Tumbleweed
grub-install enters infinite loop also.
In some attempts to install Grub2-efi there were partial results:
-once it was possible to boot OS from ESP:EFI/opensuse/grubx64.efi
-in some cases during grub-install program run there were missing files and
folders.
