Booting UEFI mode
Same problem with openSUSE Tumbleweed, openSUSE 15.0alpha, and Debian Stretch
versions of Grub 2.02.
To reproduce:
1-hit e key to edit a menu selection
2-hold down right or left shift key
3-type ROOT with other fingers
Actual result:
1-Root
Expected result:
2-ROOT
Workarounds are to press and release shift key for each wanted keystroke, or
to use CAPSLOCK.
