...
'\t'
horizontal tab
'\v'
vertical tab
When interpreting backslash escapes, backslash followed by any
other character will print that character.
Say if you mean "any other character than the above" or not.
P.S., add:
Just as in shell,
> echo \\\\
\\
> echo -e \\\\
\
