Fedora 29 system has two SATA hard drives (sda and sdb) in MD Raid 1
configuration, both drives were set up with grub2 under previous version of
Fedora. Replaced sda (default boot drive), and re-synced MD raid
successfully. Ran grub-install on /dev/sda successfully. System will not
boot from new drive, error message "grub_tpm_measure not found", and drops
into grub rescue. I can still boot from sdb successfully, however the point
of this is to replace both drives, and I cannot replace sdb until I can
successfully boot from sda. The motherboard is an MSI desktop mainboard,
which as far as I know does not support TPM. CPU is AMD FX(tm)-4300
Quad-Core Processor.

I opened a Bugzilla with Red hat for this, but so far nobody has followed
up. I can't find any reference to "grub_tpm_measure" in any searches, it
does not seem to be a module, apparently a symbol, but no references.
