There are some additional generators in the contrib/ directory
of GSL cvs. See http://sourceware.org/gsl/devel.html

I recently received a mail from Olivier Teytaud [EMAIL PROTECTED]
with some Halton generators which you can find at

  http://www.network-theory.co.uk/download/gsl/qr.tgz

If you can test these out and report any problems that would be
useful.
