gsl_linalg_hessenberg was renamed to gsl_linalg_hessenberg_decomp in 1.10 to be consistent with the conventions of the rest of the linalg functions.
gsl_schur_standardize was removed in a small redesign of the nonsymmetric eigensolver. It was an auxilary routine and was never documented or intended for use outside the eigensolver. Sorry for the confusion.
