Hello! I think I found a wrong value of electron charge in gsl_const_cgs.h file. Its value correspond to the MKS system of units, i.e. 1.602176487e-19 while the true value in CGS(E) is 4,80320427e-10 (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elementary_charge or slightly different value on http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~dolan/constants.html).
