Thanks for the logs, I can't see any obvious problem with them. I
would suggest running the script which creates the config.h file in
debug mode
./config.status -d config.h
and look in the temporary directory which is created to see the
intermediate files. I don't use Windows myself so let us know if you
find the cause of the problem.
