It would be useful if there was some function in gsl_integration_glfixed that
would return the nodes and weights for the wanted order of GL quadrature.
Although gsl_integration_glfixed can be used to calculate simple
one-dimensional integrals, in more dimensions (e.g. integration on the surface
of the sphere) it's often a lot easier and more efficient not to use the GSL
API.
