code in the extension area of the webpage, and when I find some time to
test it I can put it in the git when its ready

I took the source code from the GSL site (from Extensions/Applications
section) and its related bug report I found archived in the bugs
repository. After code correction I compared the results from the code
with a multiprecision package and it seems working.
I'm wondering if I can submit the source code and some comparison
result in this list.
