To package this as part of GSRC I do this: gpgv --keyring ./gpg-keyring download/guile-ncurses-1.7.tar.gz.sig download/guile-ncurses-1.7.tar.gz gpgv: Signature made Sun May 8 15:45:56 2016 PDT using RSA key ID 8A1F7454 gpgv: Can't check signature: public key not found I am not an expert on what has to happen. Is your RSA key registered somewhere on the internet , or something? Maybe someone else knows what's supposed to happen. Carl
