Current CVS does not compile on Solaris

Hello,

due to the changes to gc.h I get the following error:

  In file included from gc.c:76:
  /usr/include/unistd.h:317: arguments given to macro `getpagesize'

The corresponding line in /usr/include/unistd.h is:

  extern int getpagesize(void);
