Note that there are seven F's. I presume that the background is supposed to be white, i.e. #FFFFFF. Netscape seems to fall back to some default color which makes the page readable. Konqueror (the free web browser in KDE), however, replaces the erroneous value with zero which happens to mean black. Black text on a black background is, of course, unreadable. It took me a while to find the reason behind this strange behavior.
