bad binding in guile-config.in (related to duplicate binding in let*)

I think the current CVS Guile guile-config.in has not been
reverted to a working version -- it now gets "bad binding"
from the let that was originally a let*; apologies if
this is incorrect -- we're having disk troubles here
and I may have a messed up copy.

Try 'guile-config link' to see the error.
