Hmm, the only mirror that hosts 'udev-173' is this one. [1] The
package is signed, but the key was revoked.

That's why I decided to install 'udev-174' from the official
repository. Unfortunately, it failed with a similar error:

configure: error: Package requirements (glib-2.0 >= 2.22.0 gobject-2.0 >= 
2.22.0) were not met:

No package 'glib-2.0' found
No package 'gobject-2.0' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
