bug#40361: Shepherd Git repo web-page still says 'GNU dmd'

The Shepherd's Git hosting (cgit and gitweb) still calls the project
'GNU dmd':

https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/shepherd.git

Is this something we can fix ourselves or should ask the Savannah admins
for assistance?
